Refund policy
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns however if they are defective or damaged and not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you a refund on your purchase. Please choose carefully. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
Returns lost in the mailing process will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Before returning your items, please email us at hello@matistore.com.au with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
DAMAGES AND ISSUESPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@matistore.com.au.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
